Our host families are the reason our children have such a wonderful time while they are with us....

For the four weeks the children are in Great Britain, they live with a host family, either singly or in pairs. The host families feed, entertain, clothe and care for the children they host.

Although many of the children who come have limited English, they quickly settle into their temporary family, and many hosts report that their own children pick up Russian as quickly as the Belarussian children pick up English!

An interpreter accompanies the children on their visit - her invaluable support makes hosting much smoother! She also has parental responsibility for the visiting children should they need medical attention.

Hosting a child is an amazing experience - for all concerned!
